Dear all

please make sure you have noted all the GD and JAM topic from the notice board outside your lab. The external examiner can ask you to speak on any topic of her choice and hence you should be prepared with all the topics. 

My observations from the records submitted :

1. application letter - you should elaborate the second paragraph with your credentials that are directly related to the job. 

2. resume - project objective, outcome, your role should be specified. Do not use first person. career objective should not be too vague. try to follow the placement format. 

Bring your records with you.

wear formal dress.
